Inch Ruler Templates

An inch ruler is part of the imperial system. This type of measuring tool, compared to a centimeter or millimeter ruler, has markings that represent fraction. Starting from nothing (0) next lines represent 1/16, 1/8, 3/16, 1/4, 5/16, 3/8, 7/16, 1/2, 9/16, 5/8, 11/16, 3/4, 13/16, 7/8 and 15/16. The printable inch rulers seen bellow have different designs like helping markings, realistic textures and vibrant colors. If you want to stand out while measuring something, you can use one of our templates that has to be printed using a US Letter paper size in order to get an accurate ruler. There are two types of rulers, 6” and 12” with the addition of mm and cm on some of them. All rulers are actual size and can be easily cut out after printing using a pair of scissors. The templates are evenly designed, so what you see is what you get.

To get accurate readings and to draw straight lines it is advisable to either print the template on a slightly thicker piece of paper or just glue it on a cardboard.
